In addition to the three Borlänge teams, 87 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Torslanda HK Göteborg 1, Älta IF Stockholm 1, Lugi HF 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla 1, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Staffanstorps HK 2 and H 65 Höör 2.

Borlänge HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 4-7. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Borlänge HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Skuru IK Sthlm with 11-16 and ended up in second place.
