In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, IK Pandora Ystad, GW Landskrona HK 1, Åhus Handboll 1, IK Sävehof Partille, Uppsala HK 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK, H 65 Höör 1 and Veberöds HK 2.

Eslövs IK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 1 with 6-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 3 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 10-12.
