In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 73 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 4 could be found in Group 7 together with Önnereds HK Gbg, Kävlinge HK 1, Ystads IF HF 1, Åhus Handboll 3, Borlänge HK 2, H43 Lund 3, AIK Handbollsförening AIK Svart, Tyresö Handboll 1 and IFK Bankeryd 2.

Eslövs IK 4 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Karlskrona Handboll with 8-9. In the Final, Tyresö Handboll 2 won over Vetlanda HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 11-13.
