In addition to Ljunghusens HK, 39 other teams played in Flickor 2007 D1. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK could be found in Group 2 together with LVHK Lödde 1, Kristianstad HK 2, H43 Lund 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK 2, Ronneby HK, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, Haninge HK Stockholm and Huddinge HK Sthlm 2.

Ljunghusens HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against H43 Lund 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007 D1.

Ljunghusens HK also participated in Flickor 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They won A-Slutspel, after beating H 65 Höör 2 in the final with 7-4.
