In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 1 could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Kristianstad 2, OV Helsingborg HK, LVHK Lödde 2, H43 Lund 3, Vetlanda HF, Alingsås HK 1, Norrköpings HK 1, Tollarps IF and IFK Tumba Sthlm 1.

Eslövs HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Rimbo HK Roslagen with 12-14. In the Final, Rimbo HK Roslagen won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2.

Eslövs HF also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 11-12.
