In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Vinslövs HK, IFK Kristianstad 3, Tyresö Handboll, Svedala HK, Ystads IF HF 1, HK Eklöven, Uppsala HK 1 and HK Guldkroken Hjo.
Eslövs HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 8-13. In the Final, Rimbo HK Roslagen won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2. Eslövs HF also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
