In addition to the two GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Grön could be found in Group 5 together with Halmstad Handboll 3, LVHK Lödde 1, Uppsala HK 4, Eslövs HF 2, Lugi HF 4, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 3, IFK Kristianstad 5 and Ystads IF HF 2.

GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Grön continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 4 with 9-11. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.
