In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF 2, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Tollarps IF 1, Trelleborg HBK, Halmstad Handboll 2, Habo HK, IK Sävehof Partille, Åhus Handboll 2 and HK Ankaret Bjärred.

Tyresö Handboll continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 3-5. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 6-7.
