In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF 2, Tyresö Handboll, Tollarps IF 1, Trelleborg HBK, Halmstad Handboll 2, Habo HK, IK Sävehof Partille, Åhus Handboll 2 and HK Ankaret Bjärred.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 6 with 6-7. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bjärred 2 with 4-7.
