In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 34 other teams played in Flickor 2008 E. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group 2 together with Ystads IF HF 2, IK Lågan Hörby, Ljunghusens HK and Bjärnums HK 1.

Tyresö Handboll continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 4 with 8-13. In the Final, HK Ankaret Bjärred won over LVHK Lödde 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2008 E.
