Girls just wanna have fun! ÖKD

Girls just wanna have fun! was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to Girls just wanna have fun!, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Girls just wanna have fun! could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK, H43 Lund 2, HK Malmö, Vinslövs HK 1, Söderbönor 1, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Flensborg.

Girls just wanna have fun! continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Team van Stam with 8-9. In the Final, Uffes Brudar won over H43 Lund 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.

Girls just wanna have fun! comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 64 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
