Växjö färg & staket was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Växjö färg & staket could be found in Group 4 together with Samlaget, Leos Slavar, IFK Kristianstad 1, Sannadals SK Stockholm, Jalles Grabbar, Mormors pojkar and HGMSBSGPS & the Hashtaggersfaggers.
