In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 30 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Samlaget, Leos Slavar, Sannadals SK Stockholm, Jalles Grabbar, Mormors pojkar, HGMSBSGPS & the Hashtaggersfaggers and Växjö färg & staket.
IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kärleken boys with 4-9. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Kärleken boys and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Elit Herr during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against SG Flensburg Handewitt 2 with 9-10 and ended up in second place. 9 games playedGoals |
