In addition to the 7 IFK Kristianstad teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 3, Göinge HK, Hultsfreds HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Lugi HF 3, Kävlinge HK and Alingsås HK 4.

IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 with 9-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 10-13 and ended up in second place.
