In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 30 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK, H43 Lund 2, HK Malmö, Vinslövs HK 1, Girls just wanna have fun!, Söderbönor 1 and Flensborg.

IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Hej Sash won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
