In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Tomelilla IF, Tollarps IF 2, IFK Bankeryd 1, Åhus Handboll 4, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, LVHK Lödde 3, Eslövs HF 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna 1.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 1 with 3-4. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 2-5.
