In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Tomelilla IF, Tollarps IF 2, Åhus Handboll 4, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, LVHK Lödde 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, Eslövs HF 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna 1.
