In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 1 could be found in Group 6 together with FSG Mainz 05/Budenheim, AIK Handbollsförening 4, Vinslövs HK, Vadstena HF 1, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla, Växjö HF, Skara HF, IFK Kristianstad 1 and IFK Klagshamn IFK KLagshamn.
IFK Bankeryd 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 4 with 6-9. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1. IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
