In addition to Växjö HF, 89 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Växjö HF could be found in Group 6 together with FSG Mainz 05/Budenheim, AIK Handbollsförening 4, Vinslövs HK, Vadstena HF 1, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla, IFK Bankeryd 1, Skara HF, IFK Kristianstad 1 and IFK Klagshamn IFK KLagshamn.

Växjö HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3 with 3-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 2 with 3-4.
