Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel

In addition to Växjö HF, 78 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Växjö HF could be found in Group 2 together with Önnereds HK Gbg, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Kristianstad 3, Lugi HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Kävlinge HK 3, Halmstad Handboll 2, Tollarps IF 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna Guif P-05.

Växjö HF made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 5-10. Thereby Växjö HF finished second in P05 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
