In addition to the three Kävlinge teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Önnereds HK Gbg, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Kristianstad 3, Lugi HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Växjö HF, Halmstad Handboll 2, Tollarps IF 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna Guif P-05.

Kävlinge HK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Västerås Irsta HF 2 with 5-6. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Växjö HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund 3 in the final with 9-7.
