In addition to Kävlinge HK, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 4, H 65 Höör, HK Eklöven 1, Borlänge HK, Huddinge HK Sthlm 2, Vinslövs HK, Årsta AIK Stockholm 1, Halmstad Handboll VIT 3 and Åhus Handboll 4.

Kävlinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Eskil Eskilstuna 1 with 5-8. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 1 with 11-12.
