In addition to the three Kävlinge teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund 1, IK Sävehof Partille 1, Västerås Irsta HF 2, Vinslövs HK 2, IFK Ystad HK 2, HK Hök Laholm, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Täby HBK Sthlm 3 and Åhus Handboll 2.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Guif Eskilstuna Guif P-05 with 6-12. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Växjö HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund 3 in the final with 9-7.
