In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Önnereds HK Gbg, IK Lågan Hörby, Lugi HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Kävlinge HK 3, Växjö HF, Halmstad Handboll 2, Tollarps IF 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna Guif P-05.
IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 8-9. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
