In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 30 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Böffes jr, Vallentuna HK Stockholm Jarå!, Hakunamatata, Kärleken boys, Div2podden, Västkustsk hästkusk HL and Back in the days.
IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Leos Slavar with 11-12. In the Final, Växjö färg & staket won over Leos Slavar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Elit Herr during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against SG Flensburg Handewitt 2 with 9-10 and ended up in second place. 9 games playedGoals |
