In addition to the 7 IFK Kristianstad teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 4 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 5, IFK Tumba Sthlm 3, Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Ronneby HK 1, Växjö HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

IFK Kristianstad 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 11-12. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 10-13 and ended up in second place.
