In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 6 together with FSG Mainz 05/Budenheim, AIK Handbollsförening 4, Vinslövs HK, Vadstena HF 1, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla, IFK Bankeryd 1, Växjö HF, Skara HF and IFK Klagshamn IFK KLagshamn.
IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 6-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1. 10 games playedGoals |
