In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Önnereds HK Gbg, Kävlinge HK 1, Ystads IF HF 1, Åhus Handboll 3, Eslövs IK 4, Borlänge HK 2, H43 Lund 3, AIK Handbollsförening AIK Svart and Tyresö Handboll 1.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vetlanda HF 2 with 11-13. In the Final, Tyresö Handboll 2 won over Vetlanda HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Bjärnums HK with 1-8.
