In addition to the 6 Åhus teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 4 could be found in Group 2 together with Tomelilla IF, Tollarps IF 2, IFK Bankeryd 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, LVHK Lödde 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, Eslövs HF 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2 and IF Guif Eskilstuna 1.

Åhus Handboll 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 2-6. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 1-11.
