In addition to the four Åhus teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 4 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 4, H 65 Höör, HK Eklöven 1, Borlänge HK, Huddinge HK Sthlm 2, Kävlinge HK, Vinslövs HK, Årsta AIK Stockholm 1 and Halmstad Handboll VIT 3.

Åhus Handboll 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 8-10. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 6-8.
