Åhus Handboll F06 3

In addition to the three Åhus teams, 61 other teams played in Flickor 2006 D2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Västerås Irsta HF, Tollarps IF 2, Vetlanda HF, Alingsås HK 1, Trelleborg HBK, H43 Lund 1, Tyresö Handboll 2 and LVHK Lödde 2.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Rørby-Værslev IF (DK) with 0-5. In the Final, Tollarps IF 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006 D2.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 7-10.
