In addition to the three Åhus teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 2005 C1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 2, Staffanstorps HK 2, H43 Lund 1, Huddinge HK Sthlm 2, Eslövs IK 1, LVHK Lödde 2, Kristianstad HK 1 and Alingsås HK 1.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I, Danmark 1 with 6-13. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over Staffanstorps HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005 C1.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK Sthlm 4 with 6-7.
