In addition to the 6 Åhus teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 6 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Veberöds HK, Åhus Handboll 1, H 65 Höör, IFK Bankeryd 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Karlskrona Handboll 1.

Åhus Handboll 6 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 1 with 2-4. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 1-11.
