In addition to the four Alingsås teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 4, Tomelilla IF 2, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Malmö HF, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Uppsala HK 2, Halmstad Handboll VIT 2, KFUM Kalmar HK and Växjö HF 2.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 9-11. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 9-12 and ended up in second place.
