In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 4 could be found in Group 4 together with Tomelilla IF 2, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Malmö HF, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Uppsala HK 2, Halmstad Handboll VIT 2, Alingsås HK 2, KFUM Kalmar HK and Växjö HF 2.
IFK Kristianstad 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 10-17. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
