In addition to HK Malmö, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof HK Malmö could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK, H43 Lund 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Girls just wanna have fun!, Söderbönor 1, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Flensborg.

HK Malmö continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde Vikings with 8-12. In the Final, Hej Sash won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
