IF Metall MittSkåne was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to IF Metall MittSkåne, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof IF Metall MittSkåne could be found in Group 9 together with Grönbete, Daddy Cool, Cobran and BTHB. IF Metall MittSkåne continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ålstars fc with 2-10. In the Final, Räddningstjänsten Syd won over Svärmorsdrömmarna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Metall MittSkåne comes from Hässleholm which lies approximately 42 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Hässleholm does also provide 49 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018 (Among others: Daddy Cool, Hv Vinslöv, IFK Kristianstad, Kristianstad HK, IK Lågan Hörby, Mormors pojkar, Tollo Linear AB, Höörs HK H 65, Tectum and Näsby P96). 5 games playedGoals |
