In addition to the two Skuru teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Skuru IK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, H43 Lund HF 4, IFK Kristianstad 2, Alingsås HK 4, Ystads IF HF 1, Huddinge HK 2, HK Malmö 1, IFK Bankeryd 1 and HK Eskil.

Skuru IK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sund 2 with 8-10. In the Final, IFK Malmö HF won over KFUM Kalmar HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.
