Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel
In addition to the four Ystads teams, 24 other teams played in Pojkar 2009. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Lödde Vikings HK, Tyresö Handboll, IFK Kristianstad 2 and IK Lågan Hörby 1.
Ystads IF HF 3 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 2-6. Thereby Ystads IF HF 3 finished second in P09 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2008 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
