In addition to the two IFK Strängnäs teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Strängnäs 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Hammarby IF HF 2, Kristianstad HK 1, Ystads IF HF, Vinslövs HK, IK Sävehof, Lugi HF 3, Vetlanda HF 2, Falu HK and Huddinge HK.
IFK Strängnäs 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 7-10. In the Final, IFK Tumba HK 1 won over Tyresö Handboll and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2002. IFK Strängnäs also participated in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F02 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 3 with 11-12. 11 games playedGoals |
