Sommarpågarna was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to Sommarpågarna, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Sommarpågarna could be found in Group 5 together with HSB Malmö, Caymens, MATS and WickieZ Änglar. Sommarpågarna continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against WickieZ Änglar with 10-13. In the Final, Bygg & Vent i Syd AB won over Svetten Rinner and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Sommarpågarna originates from Åhus, which is the same city as where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
