They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with IK Bolton 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, IK Sävehof, Vetlanda HF 2, HK Eskil 2, HK Eklöven 2, Huddinge HK 1, Vinslövs HK and HK Aranäs 1.
