In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 55 other teams played in Pojkar 2002. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF migogang could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Kristianstad 4, IFK Bankeryd, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Raklev G&I Raklev 2, IK Bolton 1, IK Sävehof 1, OV Helsingborg HK, Ystads IF HF 1 and Halmstad Handboll 1.
