In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 71 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 4 could be found in Group 3 together with Vinslövs HK, Raklev G&I 1, Uppsala HK 3, Huddinge HK 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Lugi HF, Halmstad Handboll 1 and Eslövs IK 2.
Alingsås HK 4 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Haninge HK 1, which they won with 11-7. Thereby Alingsås HK 4 won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
