In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK F05B could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 1, HK Aranäs 2, IFK Malmö HF, H43 Lund HF 1, Lidingö SK 1, Kristianstad HK 1, Alingsås HK 2, Huddinge HK 1 and Lödde Vikings HK 2.

OV Helsingborg HK F05B continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Borlänge HK 1 with 6-7. In the Final, Borlänge HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 5-6.
