In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 71 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 1, HK Aranäs 2, IFK Malmö HF, H43 Lund HF 1, Lidingö SK 1, Kristianstad HK 1, OV Helsingborg HK F05B, Huddinge HK 1 and Lödde Vikings HK 2.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 1-6. In the Final, Borlänge HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 6-9.
