In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 3, Bjärnums HK, H43 Lund HF 2, Gökstens BK, Vetlanda HF 1, Rørby/Værslev IF, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Tyresö Handboll 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 5 with 6-10. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Vinslövs HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 2-8.
