Vetlanda HF F06 1

In addition to the two Vetlanda teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vetlanda HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 3, Bjärnums HK, H43 Lund HF 2, Gökstens BK, Rørby/Værslev IF, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Tyresö Handboll 1.

Vetlanda HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 9-12. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Vinslövs HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Vetlanda HF also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 4-8.
