In addition to the two H 78 Sölvesborg teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H 78 Sölvesborg 1 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Malmö, Eslövs HF 3, HK Aranäs 2, H43 Lund HF 2, IFK Bankeryd, HK Cliff, IFK Kristianstad 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and Alingsås HK 5.

H 78 Sölvesborg 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 10-13. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Alingsås HK 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

H 78 Sölvesborg also participated in Pojkar 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 9-12.
