In addition to the four Lödde Vikings teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Lödde Vikings HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Ankaret - Pirayorna, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Malmö HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Bjärnums HK 1, Hammarby IF HF 1, Gökstens BK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll and Trelleborg Handbollsklubb RB.

Lödde Vikings HK 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Lödde Vikings HK 2, which they won with 11-9. Thereby Lödde Vikings HK 1 won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 2008 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
